Phantom partnered with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa to support one of the most high-profile brand launches in the region. Over the course of a 40-day sprint, our team delivered a full suite of photography, videography, and creative assets that captured the spirit of the Hard Rock brand while introducing its newest property to the Ottawa market. From cinematic commercials to same-day edits at the grand opening, Phantom showcased its ability to deliver under pressure, ensuring Hard Rock’s debut made a bold and unforgettable impact.

The scope of work spanned 17 unique shoot days and included everything from high-end architectural photography and food & beverage content to drone cinematography, event coverage, and a full lineup of marketing videos. Phantom created branded assets aligned with Hard Rock’s global standards, ranging from animated visuals to high-energy sizzle reels designed for social and broadcast.

Across platforms, these deliverables fueled digital campaigns, in-venue experiences, and national brand exposure, helping establish Hard Rock Ottawa as a premier destination from day one
