Phantom partnered with Yegendorf Rashid Injury Lawyers to create a video marketing campaign that humanizes their brand and positions them as Ottawa’s trusted advocates in personal injury and disability law. By blending cinematic storytelling with heartfelt personal narratives, we developed content that emphasizes empathy, trust, and real client experiences. From long-form website videos to high-impact ad spots, the campaign connects with audiences on an emotional level while highlighting the firm’s expertise and reputation.
The campaign included a 2–2:30 minute long-form brand video, a homepage banner video, CTV and YouTube ad spots, and multiple social media edits tailored for different platforms. The creative concept centered on empathy — showing that Yegendorf Rashid doesn’t just represent clients, but truly understands what it feels like to face uncertainty after a life-changing injury.
Filming combined candid interviews with Howard Yegendorf and Najma Rashid, alongside client stories and cinematic b-roll that captured the firm’s culture of compassion and professionalism. The updated website homepage was redesigned to showcase these new videos, creating a central hub for the campaign and setting the stage for targeted digital advertising.
